RESUMENEl paisaje es hoy objeto de atención en el ámbito académico y profesional siendo un factor central cuando se trata de pensar en el futuro desarrollo urbano y regional. Este trabajo propone analizar el paisaje entendido como una ?relación de pertenencia y agenciamiento? como factor integrador del espacio urbano-regional de la región de La Plata, Berisso y Ensenada. La región de estudio es un área de interfase en la que confluyen por un lado el espacio natural, caracterizado por la influencia creadora del río de La Plata, su geología, ritmo hídrico, paisaje ribereño, clima, fauna, flora, y por el otro, los procesos histórico-sociales.La problemática encontrada en la región es que se encuentra fragmentada y esto se debe a la continua aplicación de políticas parciales y coyunturales que no comprenden al área como algo integral. El objetivo principal es incorporar al paisaje como factor de integración espacial urbano-regional, para lo cual se propone comprender y analizar el área de trabajo como así también los procesos de transformación urbana y construcción del paisaje que en ella se producen. Con la finalidad de elaborar instrumentos de ordenamiento, diseño y planificación para ser tenidos en cuenta en las futuras transformaciones territoriales.Palabras claves: territorio ? fragmentación ? paisaje ? integración ? región________________________________________ABSTRACTThe landscape is today an object of attention in the academic and professional area being a central factor when it is a question of thinking about the future urban and regional development. This work proposes to analyze the landscape understood as a "relation of belonging and agency " as of integration factor of the urban - regional space of the region of La Plata, Berisso and Ensenada. The region of study is an area of interface in which there come together on the one hand the natural space characterized by the creative influence of the river of La Plata, his geology, water pace, riverside landscape, climate, fauna, flora, and for other one, the historical - social processes.The problematics found in the region is that she is fragmented and this owes to the continuous application of partial and relating to the moment policies that they do not understand to the area as anything integral. The principal aim is to incorporate to the landscape as factor of spatial urban - regional integration, for which proposes him to understand and to analyze the area of work as this way also the processes of urban transformation and construction of the landscape that in her take place. With the purpose of elaborating instruments of classification, design and planning to be had in account in the future territorial transformations.keywords: Territory - fragmentation - Landscape - integration - region
