Resumen:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the current international and some regional European regulation of sea oil and gas exploration and exploitation. Applicable law of the sea, maritime law and environmental law sources are studied in order to highlight contributions and drawbacks of each branch of law and suggest their integration towards sustainable international governance of the subject.
