Resumen:
The Group Identication Problem (Who is a J?") introduced byKasher and Rubinstein (1997) assumes a class N = f1; : : : ; ng ofagents, each one with an opinion about the membership to a group Jof the members of the society, consisting in a function pi : N ! [0; 1],indicating for each agent, including herself, the degree of membershipto J. The problem is that of aggregating those functions, satisfyingdierent sets of axioms and characterizating dierent aggregators. The literature has already considered fuzzy versions of this prob-lem. In this paper we consider alternative fuzzy presentations of theaxiomatics of the original problem. While some results are analogousto those of the original crisp model, we show that our fuzzy versionis able to overcome some of the main impossibility results of Kasherand Rubinstein.
