Resumen:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between growth, employment and income distribution, in order to, first, analyze the main characteristics regarding growth, employment and income distribution in recent years; second, clarify under what conditions a virtuous cycle of growth and employment may not have substantial impacts on income distribution and the nature of the relationship among variables; and finally, address which are the main challenges that the working class will have in the coming years.
