Abstract. We outline the digital twin of a cyber-physical system that takes into account information about economic variables (demand), enterprise fi-nancial performance indicators, cloud manufacturing suppliers, floor-shop manufacturing lines and the production planning logic. The modelling is based on the System Dynamics paradigm. There are two main sources of da-ta for this digital twin: (a) the real production line, including the information of maintenance procedures triggered by inconsistencies between the real and the virtual processes, and (b) the enterprise strategic goals that enhance the production planning decision support. The digital twin data feeds a dash-board of a business intelligence, integrating production and enterprise data.
