Resumen:
ABSTRACT: In recent decades, the digital transformation of industries has advanced decisively in agricultural systems. The greatest transformation occurs in activities that require heavy machinery for production, such as grain harvest, forestry, etc., where the incorporation of digital technologies is aimed at improving productivity and control over this machinery. However, more recently, digital technologies have permeated other agricultural areas, allowing an integral management of the production system and the value chain. In this work a case study is presented where the incorporation of an ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system in beekeeping is presented. This implementation was developed in a cooperative of producers based in the south of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This work addresses the process of selection and implementation of an ERP system to manage and coordinate in a decentralized manner all the processes of each of the producers associated with the cooperative. This incorporation made it possible to make the production operations process more flexible, improve the traceability of the different batches, and reduce costs in the administration system.
