We previously shown the constitutive activation of the alternative NFkB arm (RelB/p52 mediated) role in classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) survival. It has been reported that the Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells (malignant cHL cells) are OXPHOS (oxidative phosphorylation) dependent. We revisited our expression arrays (induced shRelB vs non-induced shRelB human UH01 cells) to evaluate RelB involvement in metabolism regulation.
