Resumen:
The studied species are Broad snouted Caiman and yacare caiman, both belonging to Class Reptilia, Order Crocodilia and Alligatoridae family. We have characterized karyotipe structures of each species by means of technics bandings that allowe to find a patterns of specifics bands for each ones.
