(Charlista invitado como parte de un encuentro desarrollado en el Instituto de Física de La Plata) In this talk, I am going to tell you about magnetic skyrmions and their behavior in different systems. Firstly, I will explore the intriguing interplay between skyrmion physics and chiral spin liquid physics. This will be followed by a detailed description of how pure magnetic frustration can affect the stabilization of skyrmions in anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) systems.
