Resumen:
This short article analyze the sense of community articulated through dance and popular celebrations by the Bolivian immigrants in Argentina. The focus of the note is on the "performances" of the fiesta of "Virgen de Copacabana" as it is portrayed by Martín Rejtman in "Copacabana" (2006) and a reflection on the possibilities of the documentary form to give an account of the "other" as a non exotic culture.
