Resumen:
This paper explores a brief history of social conflict in Argentina during the 1989-2017 period. Its analysis of the evolution of social conflicts is based on three aspects of collective action: the contentious actors, their main demands, and their chosen forms of struggle. I will address the transformations in the field of conflict using several methods: databases of contentious actions, in-depth interviews with social leaders, and ethnographies on social organizations, among others.
