Resumen:
We characterize the second-order sufficient optimality condition throughtthe primal quadratic growth condition of the proximal augmentedLagrangian function. The result was stated analyzing optimalityconditions of a suitable auxiliary problem. Using this technique,we characterize the weak second order sufficient optimality condition throught the primal quadratic growth condition of the sharpaugmented Lagrangian function.
