Resumen:
The Neuquén Basin, one of the most important hydrocarbon producing basins of Argentina, records an important tectono-magmatic activity mainly in the central-western region, between the Late Mesozoic and Early Cenozoic. In the Colipilli-Naunauco area, magmatic activity is represented by intrusive (Colipilli Fm.) and extrusive facies (Cayanta Fm.), both gathered in the Naunauco Group. This research deals with the identification and characterization of hydrocarbon traces, trapped along with aqueous fluids, into fluid inclusions (FI) hosted in plagioclase and amphibole phenocrysts of the Colipilli Fm. intrusive bodies that crop out in the area.
