Biofuels are currently on high demand because of the rising of oil prices andlimitations on fuel reserves. Finding new sources for biofuels is a highly important. In this work we are looking for protein-protein interaction in order to improveour knowledge about the processes of synthesis of triglycerides that the bacteriaperforms under different conditions. We present preliminary clustering resultsapplied to proteiomic data of the bacteria Rhodococcus jostii (RHA1) using affinitypropagation algorithm.
