The purpose of the present work is the analysis of ceramic remains of indigenous manufactory tradition, found in an excavated area in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The presence of aboriginal pottery together with elements of european origin from 17º , 18º and 19º centuries allows us to generate  hypothesis about an interaction between the colonial and native societies, starting from technological and historical aspects
