This work describes the techniques for industrial production of tablets with microspheres of flutamide. This study evaluates the pharmacotechnical characteristics of the present formulation using an appropiate experimental design. The operating technique chosen was coaservation-phase separation process that was modified by means of the addition of as intermediate stage of emulsion formation. The in vitro dissolution of flutamide from the polyhydroxyetthylmethacrylate microspheres was proportional to the square root of the time according to the equation proposed by Higuchi.
