Resumen:
The features of hydrophilic matrices and the poly 2 hydroxy-ethylmethacrilate hydrogel microspheres for the controlled release of drugs, were investigated using flutamide as an active principle. Different formulations were prepared and analized. The results indicated that flutamide release in vitro from methocel matrices corresponds to a zero order kinetics and the flutamide release from microspheres corresponds to a Higuchi model.
