Resumen:
In this work a theoretical PV/T collector model is analyzed, based on the simultaneous resolution of a thermal circuit and a five characteristic parameters circuit that represents the photoelectric conversion. The model is applied to a PV collector solving the numerical simulation on an hourly basis, and the results obtained when studying the PV panel without water circulation and water circulation are discussed. An experimental design of a PV/T water collector is described. This is applicable in PV pumping systems, that is, the extraction of water from the subsoil with electric pumps connected to solar photovoltaic systems. A prototype was built and tested by measuring the operation variables: representative temperatures, flow rate, solar radiation and the panel response in voltage and current. The results are presented graphically, showing that the system achieves an increase in efficiency of up to 20% in the period studied. Keywords: PV/T collector. PV pump. Thermal model. Electrical model.
