Resumen:
The effect on the conservation in discriminative learning was examined using Acido 2-Amino-7-phosphonoheptanoico (AP7) or 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-6-nitro-2,3-dioxo-benzo[F]quinoxaline-7-sulfonamide (NBQX), compounds know to alter the transmitters status in the nucleus Accumbens Septi (Acc). 38 young adult pigeons supported with a restriction of 20 % of his weight were used; 24 in experimental group (12 in AP7 and 12 in NBQX) and 14 in the control. These pigeons realized tasks of color discrimination learning in an experimental room of 2x2x2 m and food is placed as positive reward in one (“assigned color ”) of 4 troughs of color (red, yellow, blue green). Experimental steps: 1-Color  discrimination learning (criterion: 80 % of wise moves of the whole of visits). Stereotaxic surgery for implanting cannulae in Acc, 2-Test (without reinforcement and experimental group injected with AP7 or NBQX; control group injected with salt solution). 3-Retraining (with reinforcement). Later histological control. I AP7 Experiment 1-Color discrimination learning. Not showed significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. 2-AP7 test. Showed significant differences: Exploration p <0.006. Quietude p <0.001. They not demonstrated conducts of tension - emotion. 3-Retraining. Showed significant differences. Exploration p <0.03, in the meeting 1 and p <0.05 in the meeting 2. II NBQX experiment. Not showed significant differences between the experimental and control group in meetings of learning, test and retraining. When pigeons reach to criterion (80 % of wise moves of the whole of visits) are implanted in Acc by stereotaxic surgery.
