Modelos de absorción en la Galaxia

We present the first results of a comparison of excesses values, E(B-V), between those produced by the models of Amores & Lépine (2005) and Schlegel et al. (1998) and those obtained from WEBDA, in places occupied by open clusters. Initial tests carried out in the third quadrant of the Galaxy showed a high disparity between the values provided by Schlegel et al. and those taken from WEBDA and a good correlation of the values provided by the Amores & Lépine models with empirical data.Based on the results, this analysis will be extended in future works to the remaining three quadrants thus completing the celestial sphere, in order to highlight the validity of the models depending on the height Z of objects in the galactic plane.
