Resumen:
TheDel Azul Creek basin, in the Chaco-Pampean plain (Argentina), is atypical humid flat-land hydrological system where very subtle slopesfavour vertical water movements. Despite the essential significanceof this region for the Argentinian economy, the use of waterresources is limited by the presence of saline-sodic soils and thehigh contents of F and As in groundwater. The aim of this work is toshow how isotopic tools helped to identify the main processesinfluencing soil and groundwater salinity. These studies are intendedto provide scientific support for improving water resourcesmanagement in a region where land use is currently changing.p { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; direction: ltr; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 115%; background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%; }p.western { font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; }p.cjk { font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; }p.ctl { font-family: "Arial", sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; }a:link { color: rgb(0, 0, 255); text-decoration: underline; }
