Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) is a pathogen that interfereswith dendritic cells (DCs) functions impairing thedevelopment of adaptive immunity. Herein we wonderedhow the metabolic pathways influence DCs activation inTuberculosis (TB). We found that Mtb-stimulated DCsderived from monocytes of healthy donors displayed apredominant glycolytic profile, together with an increasein the expression of HIF1a and glycolytic genes (p
