Coupling media in microwave imaging: dielectric properties and temperature dependence

In the microwave imaging method, it is usual to use liquids as coupling medium. These are also used for the development of phantoms for calibration and validation of reconstruction algorithms. In this research work the dielectric properties of mixtures of glycerol and water for different concentrations and temperatures are measured.
