Resumen:
Intrinsic viscosity of bovine serum albumin (BSA) at different pH values (2.7, 4.3, 7.4, 8 and 10) has been determined, as well as the MarkHouwink constant and expansion factor. The traditional technique for data analysis using extrapolation to obtain intrinsic viscosity values shows an unusual behavior regarding concentration that can be observed in the values obtained for Huggins and Kraemer's constants.
