Resumen:
Hydrogels of naturally occurring polymers are a good choice for the development of bioinks; they allow cell viability and a good performance during printing. In this work, mixtures of different proportions of gelatin and alginate were prepared and their elastic modulus (G?) and loss modulus (G??) were measured as a function of time. These mixtures were employed as inks for printing, using a 3D bioprinter and different crosslinking agents. The compression modulus (E) of a 4-layer porous scaffold and the printability of a 1-layer porous scaffold, were correlated with the composition of the inks. The mixture of 15% w/v gelatin and 4% w/v alginate crosslinked with CaCl2 0,2M showed good rheological parameters and high printability.
