1. Species Red List documentation: Provide the IUCN Species Red List documentation for all species of bumblebees from South America included on the species list attached in Annex II. This work will involve provide for each allocated species all appropriate global information and supplying bibliographic information for all data. Every effort should be made to ensure all available information has been sourced and provided. It is understand that if additional species need to be included in this list during the period of this contract this should be notified to the project coordinators. Images/photos of each species should be provided where possible (so long as the copyright holder gives permission for the image to be freely reproduced on the IUCN Red List website and publication); it is recognized that for many species this will be difficult.2. Species mapping: species distribution maps will be provided following IUCN requirements where possible. This geographical information will be used by IUCN to generate distribution maps for the taxa according to IUCN standards.
