Resumen:
Analysis of literature data indicates that themagnetic phase transitions in alloys are sensitive to the technology ofobtaining samples. In the present work structural, electronic and magneticproperties of Fe48Cr3Rh49 alloys withdifferent cooling rate are studied experimentally and theoretically. It wasshown that the degree of crystalline ordering depends on the cooling rate ofthe alloy after annealing. Modeling of structures with different degrees ofcrystalline ordering was carried out by choosing the substitution position andthe distance between chromium atoms. Theoretical calculations have shown thatthe magnetic and electronic properties of the alloy can change significantlywith different substitutions. A comprehensive analysis of the calculated andexperimental data allows us to reveal the dependences between the structuraldata and the parameters of the magnetic phase transition. Next, we showed amethod for the theoretical evaluation of the alloys magnetic properties withdifferent heat treatments. The proposed approach to the use of the doubleeffect (substitution and heat treatment) allows tuning practically importantcharacteristics of alloys.
