Resumen:
There is experimental evidence about a deficit on the muon content of thesimulated showers. At present, the hadronic interaction models cannot accurately reproduce the experimental data. In this work we study the influence of the variation of the muon content of the showers on the discrimination power of Sb for proton-photon separation. For that purpose, the improved version of the semi-analytical method reported in Ref. [1] is used.
