Redefinition ofCongocepheusBalogh, 1958 and description ofCongocepheus germanisp. nov., that displays notogastral neotrichy, which was previously unknown in the genus. Definition of Cavaecarabodesgen. nov. together with thedescriptions ofCavaecarabodes pulchritudesp. nov. (type) from Gabon and Cavaecarabodes anouchkaesp. nov. from Madagascar has been provided.
