Do Liberal Peoples have any pricipled Reasons for regarding somo Non-Liberal Peoples as fully Legitimate in the International Realm?

In this presentation I address the issue of whether liberal peoples have any principled reasons for accepting other non-liberal peoples respecting certain standards of international justice as members in good standing in a Society of Peoples. I argue that these reasons do exists since liberal peoples have a duty of toleration.
