Resumen:
No studies have evaluated the different ways to express a -tocopherol content of plasma lipoproteins and the influence that this could have on possible conclusions which can be drawn with clinical and experimental purposes. The aim of the present study was to measure a -tocopherol contained in lipoprotein fractions isolated by ultracentrifugation and to compare different forms of expressing the data.
