Resumen:
Nanosciences will be, as biology, one of the fields that will contribute to a high level of scientific and technological development along the 21st century. Nanostructured inorganic, organic, or hybrid organicinorganic nanocomposites present paramount advantages to facilitate integration and miniaturization of the devices (nanotechnologies), thus affording a direct connection between the inorganic, organic, and biological worlds. The ability to assemble and organize inorganic, organic, and even biological components in a single material represents an exciting direction for developing novel multifunctional materials presenting a wide range of novel properties.
