Resumen:
The immune response elicited by the oral inoculation of an intermediate strain of infectious bursaldisease virus was studied in chickens.Astrong over expression of IL-6, IL-8, IFN and IFN was observedin bursa at 3 days post inoculation together with an increase in splenic NO2 release. An influxof T-lymphocytes was also detected.
