Resumen:
This paper was focused on the developing countries´ features. These economies are characterized by an unequal distribution of skills and a generous return gap between low-levels and high-levels of human capital.
Initial conditions are very important. The economy can be trapped around a development trap type steady state if the population is on the left side of h and for some values of parameters.
On the other hand, the country can grow forever.
Then, it seems to be necessary that most people completing higher education level.
