Resumen:
We revisit the possibility of Majorana neutrinos production at the large hadroncollider (LHC) by studying the pp l l 2 jets  + i j+ + (l e, j º m) process which, due to leptonic number violation, is a clear signature for intermediateMajorana neutrino contributions. The interactions between Majorana neutrinosand the Standard Model particles are obtained from an effective Lagrangianapproach. Majorana neutrinos with masses of a few GeV are long-lived neutralparticles, and we take advantage of its measurable decay length: in the samesign dilepton channel, we exploit this fact imposing cuts that reject the SMbackground, and analyze the distribution corresponding to the angle betweenthe final leptons, using a forward?backward like asymmetry to study theeffects of the different gauge invariant operators. We also study thepp l  i ng + process, which is dominant for low mN masses if tensorial oneloop generated new physics leading to a magnetic moment for the heavyneutrinos is present. This channel provides a powerful signal that could beobserved at the LHC with the aid of non-pointing photons observables andcuts on the displacement between the prompt lepton and the photon in the finalstate.
