Resumen:
Today's Web have been designed primarily for human interpretation and use. However, there is an increasing need for automate the way programs interact with Web information and services, specially in the E-Business scenario. In this sense, mobile agent technology will help in building a fully-automated Web -the so-called Semantic Web- where information and services are described in a computer-understandable way. In this paper we describe an approach for integrating MoviLog, a mobile agent platform for building Prolog-based mobile agents, with Web resources. MoviLog provides a novel mechanism for handling mobility named RMF, which allows the programmer to exploit the advantages of mobility without explicitly programming mobile code. This mechanism has been extended to support automated access to Semantic Web Services offered across the WWW.
