Based on the analysis of findings from a survey conducted by the Laboratory of Studies on Democracy and Authoritarianism (LEDA-UNSAM), this article addresses the issue of hate speech on social networks and the problems that it generates in the democratic public sphere. In particular, we are interested in presenting the DDO Index that we constructed to measure the predisposition to hate speech, and how it relates to political-ideological positions in Argentinean society.
