Resumen:
Layed by Layer (LBL) nanoparticles assemblies can by prepared by alternately dipping a solid substrate into nanoparticle and polyelectrolyte solutions.             Self assenblyof arganized structured by alternating adsorption steps of oppositely charged polyelectrolytes and nanoparticles is a well established method that follows the technique introduced by Decher et al. with charged reversal in very adsorption step . It is generally accepted that each adsorption step adds a layer of material to de growing film. The evidence for this is the increse with the number of immersion steps solution of the different components of an integral physical property, such as the ooptical absorbance, the quartz crystal microbalance mass, the electrical charge in cyclic voltametry, etc. However, only a few studies have reproted direct measurements of films thickness by eleipsometry, and among them we have the buildup of nanoparticles with bifunctional crosslinkers and zirconium phosphate polycation thin films grows by secuential adsorption.             We repor here on the simultaneouas gravimetrics, optical thickness(uv.visible, ellipsometry), electrochemical, etc. Study of organized layers comprised of nanoparticles and polyelectrolites durind adsortion steps. Two sistem will be reported with limiting beharvior: system 1(Gold Nanoparticles and Gold Nanoparticles derivatised + PAH-Os) shows a lateral growth upon sequential immersion, and system 2 ( TiO2 Nanoparticles and Magnetite nanoparticles + PDDA) behaves by adding QCM mass and thickness in every adsorption step resultind in a LBL film grown.
