Determination of X-ray production cross section for L and M subshells by proton impact

L and M subshell X-ray production cross sections by proton impact were obtained for Mo and U. With this objective, the emitted X-ray spectra by thick samples were measured. The proton irradiation were made with incident energies ranging between 0.2 and 3.4 MeV. The spectra analysis of the spectra were made using a novel software called PAMPA [Rodríguez 2017].
