Resumen:
A new method to measure the induction machine equivalent circuit parameters (ECP) is proposed in this article. The method is based on three frequency domain tests, performed at standstill, avoiding then the locked-rotor and no-load tests. The proposed algorithm can be implemented in standard motor drives in order to automatically perform self-commissioning. Furthermore, the proposed method allows a direct measurement of the iron saturation. Experimental results are presented to validate the measurement method and the machine equivalent circuit.
