Resumen:
We report in this communication temperature dependent Raman scattering spectra of Bi2Sr2Ca1(Cu0.993, Fe0.003)O8+d We aim to study the effect of low level Cu replacement by Fe in the phonon and electronic response of that compound containing two Cu-O planes. Four probe resistivity measurements indicate that this material has zero resistance at 40 K
