Resumen:
I report in the low temperature photoinduced infrared spectrum of K0.3MoO3 between 200 and 1500 cm-1.In agreement with other systems that undergo a Peierls transition I interpret the appearance of photinduced bands in the insulating phase to be a comsequence of electrons removed by irradiation locally daaging the charge density wave. The measurements sugget that lattice-mode coupling to charge density wave, in structural microdistortions aoround generated photoexcited carriers, is reponsible for new  metastable polaronic states.
