Resumen:
Some of the questions guiding this research are: How often the poor and the miserables resorted to justices? Which social, family and representation networks they turned to make their voices heard? What was the outcome when applying this strategy of resistance adaptation strategy to their lives? What social conflicts ?and others- revealed the legal proceedings they were immersed in? Which regulatory orders they resorted to seek for justice? Which values, imaginary and conceptions befitting the legal culture were brought into play when looking for benefits in the judicialization of their conflicts? For several years now, we have been working on a comparative examination of documents in two Archives of Argentina: the Archivo General de la Nación and the Archivo Histórico de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. For the subsequent treatment and analysis of the selected documents ?most of them judicial files and petitions from prisoners, slaves and poor- we have made use of the methodological precautions of those who have worked with this type of documentation (MAYO, MALLO y BARRENECHE, 1989. PALACIO, 2012). We believe that attending the Summer Academy 2016 would be an opportunity for development, which will allow us to enrich the communications with colleagues on the same field of studies and well as providing access to the bibliography relevant to our investigation, which is hard or impossible to access in our country.
