Voxel-based morphometry (VBM) is a technique of neuroimage analysis for detecting morphological differences in brain anatomy, based on voxel-wise statistics.In this work we apply VBM to identify inter-group differences in an experimental mouse model of growth restriction induced by maternal undernutrition and assess the performance of different workflows in image analysis.
