Protein subnetworks involving sHSPs during acclimatization process in living organisms

Small heat shock proteins (sHSPs) are triggered in response to stress situations in all living organisms. In silico protein network and over-represented biochemical pathway analysis were conducted for up-regulated proteins during heat stress conditions in acclimatized Arabidopsis, rice, tomato, potato and human cell lines. High molecular HSPs, mainly represented by HSP70 family and sHSPs are recurrently present, forming a protein subnetwork configuration in response to heat stress.
