Resumen:
Shewanella sp. G5 was isolated from the intestinal content of Munida subrugosa in the Beagle Channel (Argentina), and characterized as beta-glucosidases producers using cellobiose as carbon source inductor. The gene expression was quantified when the production was performed in different culture conditions.
