Resumen:
This article is focused on the study of electrochemical properties of high voltage cathode material LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4. This is one of the most promising materials for future types of accumulators thanks to his higher energy density compared to conventional cathode materials . The aim of this work was study the materials properties depending on the synthesis method. Samples were prepared via solid state reaction method in two different structures face ? centred cubic structure and primitive cubic structure ? ordered. This two crystal structures have different electrochemical properties which was investigated by electrochemical measurement. Cyclic voltammetry confirmed different position of oxidation-reductions peaks and by galvanostatic cycling shows a different behaviour of charge and discharge curves. Also was study cycling in different C rate for comparison of stability of these two structures?Capacity of both materials was around 120 mAh/g whit good cycle life also in high C rate .
