Wide Range Switching Current Source

In this paper a switching current source (CS) is designed that could output a current from 1ìA to 1mA with a small amount of ripple, bounded to 1/20 of the desired DC output current. The part count is kept to a minimum and the switching frequency is limited up to 2 MHz, allowing the use of standard CMOS switches and keeping the switching losses low.
