Rhodotorulasp. LSL is a chemo extremophile wild microorganismisolated from a landfarming. We have already showed its ability for the stereoselective reduction ofa series of non-sterically demanding ketones, and its use as a lyophilized catalyst in one potchemoenzymatic procedures was optimized.
