Resumen:
The antioxidant properties of plants are of considerable research interest given the intrinsic relationship between oxidative stress and etiophysiopathogeny in many diseases. With the aim of knowing their potential, we sought to define the kinetic behavior of phytochemical constituents due to its conditioning factor in their role as chemopreventive agents. Thus, aqueous extracts of L.grisebachii (LG), A.quebracho-blanco (AQ) and I.paraguariensis (IP) were obtained. A phytochemical characterization was performed, establishing total phenols (TP) and flavonoids (F)(1y2). Later, was evaluated in-vitro their motion through isolated intestine segments(3), together with organic distribution and redox effect after being consumed by BALB/C mice, estimating TP and superoxide anion (SO)(4) in removed organs (liver and kidney) (TestT,p
